Incorrect password
1. First of all, make sure you haven’t mistyped your password.
2. Check your keyboard to make sure the caps lock key is turned off.
3. Try typing your password in a text editor, then copy and paste it in the field.
4. If you are still having trouble getting into your account, you have to reset your password.
5. Open the login form and click on “Reset the password”. Enter the email that is linked to your account and select “Reset”. You will receive a randomly generated password by email. Use it to sign in.
The User Already Exists or Has Not Been Found
If you receive such a notification, please do the following:
1. Make sure you are using the login information you selected when creating the account. For example, if you signed up with Facebook, you should select this method when signing in.
2. If you first signed up with your email, you should select this method when you sign in.
3. If you have tried all this but still fail to sign in, contact our support team.
4. A consultant will check whether there is an account linked to this email.
5. Maybe you have entered a wrong email when creating the account.

If you are not of legal age to trade in your country you cannot trade on Gapflix Trade. Most countries require that trader be 18 or older to access financial markets.

Also, known as trading outside our jurisdiction. For example, you cannot trade in the EU, the USA, Canada, Japan, & the UK. - Any activity on your account from these countries may lead to blocking.
Account blocked due to unauthorized Access Attempt
If your account is suspected of being hacked it can be blocked to stop unwanted access.
If you find that your account has been hacked, report it to our Support staff. Specialists will find out who entered your account, when it was accessed, what actions they performed, and begin working to fix problems.
Your account will be locked through the verification period to follow. To regain access to your account you recomplete the verification process.
The results of the investigation and instructions for verification will be sent to you by email.
Account blocked Because of Too Many Accounts
Please note that if you have several accounts and the suspicious activity was resolved - your accounts could still be blocked. If your activity was determined as suspicious you will get an e-mail with a warning. If your account was blocked, you will receive an e-mail with the further information.

After blocking an account, Gapflix Trade always sends an information e-mail to the user’s registered email address.
If you find that your account is blocked:
1. Open your e-mail associated with your account - There should be an email explaining the reasons your account was blocked and your next steps. Follow the instructions.
2. If there is no e-mail, please contact Support.
How Long Will It Take to Process My Deposit/Withdrawal?
Transaction processing time may vary depending on the blockchain load. Normally, it takes up to 15 minutes. If your transaction is not processed within 24 hours, please create a task for Support.
